Leo Ferdinando Demetz, born in Bolzano Nov, 30th 1967 lives and works in Selva di Val Gardena.
After concluding the art school for carving of Val Gardena – Bolzano and obtaining the qualification of "Maestro d´arte" he begins his career of sculptor on his own.
The sculptures of Demetz are based on human figure, represent most of all characters in their way of beeing, catching the daily scenary, dramatic or comic.
